the fantastic location and the company's generous approach to time off. Firstly, the location was simply incredible. Situated a few steps from the beach, with stunning ocean views, it was a constant source of inspiration and tranquility.
Cons
I appreciated the opportunity to develop my skills, the overall work environment was ok. I frequently observed lack on communication and collaboration. This resulted in duplicated efforts, missed deadlines, and a general sense of disconnect among colleagues.
