Busy work, no real down time... EVER. There are some good people there.

Pros
Good for people who want to gain experience. But other than that, the company is like a failed experiment.
Cons
Poor & unorganized management. No culture. No proper HR. No proper policy. Too much diversity, no fixed department. It’s not bad to help other dept. But people should only be doing what they’re hired for most of the time. Toxic & stressful environment. Many great hard working and smart people has left the company. Huge turn over this year. Been in the company long enough to see it turned from good to worse.
