Toxic workplace

Pros

Work from home, not often in office located in Saltash.

Cons

Everything else is a negative. Leadership is toxic, company treats people like numbers and actually say it to your face. Redundancies galore as they try to figure out what they’re doing. Staff leaving constantly.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We often receive praise for our hybrid working model and our relocation to Plymouth has created a huge sense of collaboration alongside non-work related benefits including social activities, gym membership, free parking, etc. We recognise that periods of restructuring can be challenging and unsettling but our goal is to always ensure transparency and provide clarity, especially whilst supporting our people throughout these changes. Our quarterly Pulse surveys allow us to check in with how employees are feeling and they help provide insights enabling us to continually review our communication and leadership strategies. We appreciate your honesty and will use this feedback to drive meaningful improvements.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are really pleased to hear that you value the people within the organisation - as a people-first organisation, they really are at the heart of all that we do. We're sorry to hear your concerns about management visibility and would welcome a conversation to discuss this in more detail - please reach out to HR who will welcome a confidential discussion. In addition, career progression is an important topic as we pride ourselves on career development and have many examples of where this has been successful, both vertically and horizontally. Again, please reach out to HR so that they can discuss your concerns. Thanks again for taking the time to leave some comments.
