Pros
The company is big so there are lots of different kitchens to work in. Some of the managers are kind and supportive people. If you are an experienced cook the base pay can be competitive if you know how to advocate for your self when getting hired. There are also lots of opportunities to expand your skills and learn new things.
Cons
Overall the company is very disorganized and dis functional. Unfortunately the company holds onto bad managers and employees for way too long and it is really harmful to the workplace culture. They also do not give raises unless you fight for them. The head chef Curtis at hendrick house dorms is notorious for being very rude and insulting which drives people away. The quality of the food also varies wildly depending on which kitchen you are working in. Sometimes it is embarrassing to see what is being served and being associated with this company.
