Medical staff sit on patients for days,weeks, and months in never ending wait and see modes to avoid backlash for transferring patients even obviously appropriate.
Atmosphere of bonuses, rebranding, and telling employees how great everything is. All the while in the next breath saying we need a plan in case we have to lay you off and reminding you how thankful you should be to work for less than average industry pay.
This is not the Hendricks of the past. Pack your bags and move on. Indispensable doesn't apply to employees and while the new logo features "transparency" -- management does not.
