      Pros

      Company has a good niche product line and dedicated shop floor employees. Company has huge growth potential if the managers would step up and lead the plant.

      Cons

      Management doesn't drive improvement resulting in chaos daily. Many staff are mentally checked out and are only there for the paycheck. Employees provided no training and multiple safety violations inside the plant due to poor layout and overcrowded conditions. Many employees frustrated with the chaos and their work schedules bounced around because the business can not plan production correctly.
