Micromanage to the core! They want you to answer emails within seconds. No breaks allowed! No over time allowed. Yet they blame you if work is not completed when they are short staffed. They allow you to work from home only when they want. Do not care if weather is bad. Most of the work can be done remotely. Management is always looking as if you will steal something. Their paranoia makes the work environment horrible. Most employees are unhappy in corporate and share it publicly. Management screams and talks bad about individuals. Horrible work ethic.

Poor management at all levels of the company. No good way to move up in the company unless your in the buddy system. High health care pricing. Too eager to threaten your job instead of working out a problem. Most who like Heniff never had a good job to compair Heniff too. Very little driver appreciation. Heniff is not a family owned company.
