      Pros

      Hentsu is a fast growing company and its success is being earned by smart decision makers who have learned of the pitfalls of other service providers. Decision makers can be found at all levels and roles of the business. Respect and professionalism is core value of the company and it fosters ideas to be shared and heard from anyone. Staying on the bleed edge of cloud technologies, Hentsu is first to market with new business solutions for its clientele. As an employee I have opportunities for career growth I won't get anywhere else.

      Cons

      As a fast growing company there are some growing pains. Employees have direct stake and power to enable change in those growth areas.

      Pros

      Development team was a dream team. All the people i have worked with were super awesome (everyone from development sector).

      Cons

      Company does not care about you at all. You can get fired anytime, CEO would not even blink an eye and not even give you an explanation. Totally unsafe company to work. Definition of bad, rotten top management and bad people management. Everyone is considered as a worm, no matter how many time it was devoted into company and employees "SHARED" goals...

      If you are looking for a place that will greatly advance your carrier, technical knowledge and exposure to Cloud Technology, this is the place to be. Be prepared to put in some hard work and carry a role with responsibility. As a Delivery Engineer, you will engage directly with client stakeholders and may be a primary point of contact for the projects you are involved in. Since Hentsu's main focus is within the finance industry, it is important to be familiar with the type of work the clients do. Be prepared to respond to client's concerns with urgency and treat all requests with sensitivity. Looking to be part of a great team, work in a collaborative environment and be involved with the growth of the Firm? - This is the place to be!

      Cons

      Constant change is a characteristic of a newer company so make sure you are flexible. Make sure you are prepared to help the company grow, and are not resistant to constant change. At times, things can be hectic but this is what makes the work interesting! This is not the place to be if you are not willing to be team player and step up to the plate. If you are looking for comfortably and an easy 9-5 look elsewhere.
