      Dynamic R&D with a focus on gene editing and oncology. Fantastic management and highly competitive salary and benefits.

      I do not see working independently as a con but it is required at Hera, very little micro-management

      Clinically significant cancer related research, exceptional model with great results. Very professional, and highly trained team. Great work life balance. Encouragung work environment.
