HR is insane. I heard enough against her. She dont have a single HR quality. She disrespect senior employees in front of newly joined employees. Management is worst. They keep appreciating only few senior employees. Don't join this office, you will hunt yourself down. HR and management is more than worst. Absolutely No KT sessions. Direct performance meeting set. Who does that? If I rate management -100 then HR must have -100000k. She is an Idiot.

The problem with this company is that they do not have product. This is a free lancing company that writes code as and when the customer says but lies to customer that they have product.

Cons

Only Cons. 1. No front end to make changes. 2. Heavily people dependent. 3. No code management. 4. Poor HR management
