      Pros

      Learned a lot about commercial auto insurance.

      Cons

      Too many cliques, too many two faced managers. Office services needs an ACTUAL PROFESSIONAL leader. No one actually does their own work. The senior ppl pass it off to those who are new. That place has a way of making a happy person miserable.

      Good life work balance, the job Low or average caseload. Good for an entry level position or for a person just starting a career. They like to promote within.

      Cons

      Staff splitting by supervisors, Supervisors not professional.at all. Upper management seems to ignore this.
