Pros

Easy to modify hours with communication If you communicate things tend to be easy sailing If you like working with kids this is a good time

Cons

Long shifts can be even longer than you think Short staffing is a killer if you need to leave at a certain time Some people don't get fired for things they should, some people get fired for things they shouldn't

Pros

Free Parking, free childcare. Has potential to be great if strong director and new CEO come.

Cons

Employees are not valued or respected. They are literally yelled at, sometimes full on screaming. Shockingly unprofessional environment. Admin doesn't get along with each other so communication is terrible. The director is part of the clickish mean girl club and plays both side of the fence. There are extreme emotional and behavioral problems with many students. The behavioral specialist does not assist with behaviors, just collects data and accuses teachers of being incapable when asking for assistance. High turn over from leadership on down in the last few years due to CEO's treatment of employees.Teachers are physically hurt quite frequently from students. High crime area, gun shots are frequent.
