      Pros

      - This is a fast paced & innovative office space, and my tasks are rarely the same day-to-day. I appreciate the variety in work and ability to develop new skills and networking connections. - Our team participates in regular volunteer experiences and (actually fun!) teambuilding opportunities - rock climbing, cooking classes, escape rooms. - Comfortable and updated work space. - Good insurance, PTO, and overall benefits.

      Cons

      - Depends on how you prefer to work; staff has the ability to work remote, but on-site work is expected for the majority of hours. However, summers do tend to be more flexible due to kids being out of school.
