No perks, Long hours sitting jobs, admin are their personal servant doesn't matter which posts your hold, you can't take leaves even on Sunday your have to be available . No family life, Promoter wife can call you any time will shout on you with no reason .... and admin job period is maxed 1 year with full of harassment, Zero Job security, No body support you from top managment since everybody is haveing big fear of Promoter wife
