Pros

+ Overall a nice atmosphere + Meetings should have a purpose, which means you actually get work done + Super nice colleagues in general + Open to trying new techniques + Moves fast, quick decisions + Fun tech stuff going on + Nice offices + Travelling

Cons

- HR does not solve conflicts in an efficient way - Absent managers - Low salary - Slight micro-management from managers - Personal tests should be done on new employees before hiring them - No clear structure or role descriptions, conflicts arise on who is doing what; people step on each other's toes

Pros

I really enjoyed my time at Hero. Salary is decent and benefits are excellent. Culture at the office is also pretty good.

Cons

During my time at Hero Gaming my responsibilities got larger and the flexible schedule I loved got less flexible, and unfortunately these changes were not reflected in the salary or title.
