      Great people working on a challenging problem. Truly an amazing company from top to bottom.

      The ICP can be a little abrasive, but this challenge will smooth out as Heron moves into new industries and use cases.

      Full of smart, hardworking people.

      Cons

      You’ll see many extremely talented new hires in both product and sales let go prematurely. Given no sufficient time to prove themselves or ramp up. This creates a culture of distrust, despite all the positive media employees may share. Very niche customer base that is hard to understand while being unideal and unprofessional to work with.
