Everyone in the company got a £1000 Tax free Christmas bonus paid in November so we could use it for Christmas costs , we have also got shift bonuses and incentives throughout the year , if you commit to Herrco they commit to you

excellent opportunities for those driven and clever enough to see them English was not my first language and i was given private English lessons, accommodation when i moved, full fridge for the company accommodation was amazing

Cons

not for everyone due to the speed > snails need not apply Sad to see poor reviews when is obvious who they are a couple of them I know were removed for gross miss conduct! Glass door should evolve so the company can leave a response like other review sites would be more balanced
