Great co workers. On the whole the team were lovely. There’s a real solidarity.

Cons

The HR is very much on the side of the business she has no neutrality at all. Once they decide they want you out they make it happen. The bosses don’t talk to any of the staff it’s extremely uncomfortable when they are in everyone is scared of them. They make it so hard for senior members to leave without having an income for 6 months…
