      Pros

      It’s cold when the Florida heat is sweltering

      Cons

      HR is friends with employees who say things to subordinates like “you’d look great as a porn star” so don’t bother reporting their behavior. They condone coming in to work drunk, or leaving work without clocking out to hang out and a bar then coming back to clock out. They are sexist beyond belief and have no respect for their customers.
