That is what one can sense in this place. I think it is a collective effect of the right attitude of the individuals working here, work satisfaction, effective collaboration, and well thought of benefits and facilities which are offered. Quite a few have completed a significant duration in this organization. It speaks a lot about how people feel being and working here. Truly amazing!

Seriously its a company. It should be drama group. Every one dancing on employees head. I don't know what management and HR level people thinks. I mean seriously they are going a head with this attitude. I think they should close the shutter as soon as possible. I hope no one will try to take a risk to join this company. If will join it will be his own risk. Dangerous for career.

Always wanted to work as one. I like the interactive nature of my job. Dealing with things like project specific planning, resource allocation etc. happens in a streamlined manner due to the free hand provided by the top leadership. The growth factor is constant over here. Down to earth people are an added advantage. Giving my best to move up further in my career.

No. Even if there are any, it won’t be nice to bring out internal things in such a manner
