Absolutely incredible company to work for - great salaries, benefits, training.. but besides that everyone from Top down are great to work with! Work/ Life balance is something my boss recquires, they care about my well being.

Pros

Great Company, organization and dealership. Great Benefits. Great management staff in all locations. They value their employees and that is obvious seeing as most of the staff has been with company for 10 plus years. Tons of growth opportunities in many different positions.

Cons

none that i can think of. if someone is negative or complains it is usually because they are not doing their own jobs.
