Pros
Work is interesting. Getting to work on some interesting projects. Work life balance is great. Culture is amazing. People & Management are really chill and I see no issues with the leadership. Big companies have invested here.

I do not see any negatives here.

Limited structure as in any young startup. If you prefer a corporate environment with fixed roles this company might not suit you.
