Pros
The whole agency is united around growth, working on things that everyone finds fulfilling and exciting. As an individual I feel supported and valued, and as part of a team I feel motivated and engaged with every task and project! Communication is holistic and with a very open and flat management structure, I feel that my opinions and expertise are genuinely valued despite my junior status at the organisation. While I personally work from home quite frequently, the office itself is also stylish, welcoming and a fun place to be in a great location.
Cons
The onboarding process could have been a little more structured as it would have helped to have some more clearly defined expectations and benchmarks, however the organisation is growing and I also understand that the more flexible nature of my onboarding helped me 'learn by doing'.
