Unqualified management due to nepotism in the company,some have no added value,just getting salary,wasting time with useless meetings,unproductive projects to show that they are doing something and filling their calendar with fake meetings.It's unbelievable the cost optimization the company can do just by cutting all those useless members,I can see all the ingredients of coming failure and I will jump out of this sinking boat.Good luck shareholders putting your money on those unqualified!
