      Pros

      Flexibility here and there-nothing great

      Cons

      They will use your time, energy but no rewards, no increment. Unrealistic target CEO has got has got NO time to communicate with employees, need to fix appointment. Doesn't respect employees. Managers also same. If they want you, they will keep ; if not anytime will sack you. Dont get twisted/impressed by their advertisement. how many old timers are still there?

      Pros

      1) When I first joined, colleagues are very nice. Then one by one decided to leave the company due to obvious reasons. 2) Company does not micromanage your methods. As long as you get the job done you're okay

      Cons

      1) High turnover rate 2) Long working hour- It says in the contract that the working hour is 9-6 PM. You will get in trouble if you come late in the morning but nobody cares when you are going home late. Going home sharp at 6PM is sometimes seen as low dedication to the company. 3) The human factors is not a priority. It is always business in the office. Too much pressure with unrealistic expectations sometimes

      Not at all employee friendly

      Pros

      1) You will have a so called JOB 2)Good company for freshers

      Cons

      1) Less Salary that too always delayed 2) No proper reporting for project.Owner of company will poke his nose in all matters. 3) Owner would like you to work on several things 4) Visa issue for expats .There were many people who overstayed Visa or did their entry /exit because of Visa issue 5) they can even fire you if they have loss in project 6) Biggest things HR person will come once in office to eat cake on birthday and dont expect anything from them. 7)Company dont believe in paying Taxes to Government but they will definitely deduct from your salary
