      Inability to manage cultural differences. Stuck in the 80s in terms of employment contracts, employee management styles and creating a transparent, open culture. Everything is string and sellotape and reactively dealt with. Lacks professionalism and work quality is cheap. Very focussed on selling back office BPO staff as Product Engineers to pump up the market cap for the new owners. Poor examples of hiring sales narcissists to front deals using great brochureware and then backfill with cheap labour. Wont think twice about hiring you and sacking you (even in the same month) if they can’t place you at a client quickly.
