Pros

I guess it paid the bills. Also the people (outside of management) are for the most part great.

Cons

Probably too many to share. Attrition is crazy high compared to historical precedent. Managers are either all in on the crazy changes or speak out and get fired. Pay is pretty mediocre for a remote-first company. Don't ask about pay not keeping up with inflation, you'll get an answer about how it was way higher than inflation 10+ years ago so that makes up for it. Also upper management has thrown out the potential for layoffs and how the not so secret spying software will tell them who to let go. All this makes for a very stressful and chaotic workplace, I'd stay away if you can.

Thank you for sharing your feedback regarding your experience at Hexure. We highly value your openness and insights, as attrition is a critical indicator for us, and we conduct exit interviews to understand the reasons behind departures and enhance our work environment. We want to address your concerns about potential repercussions for expressing dissent, assuring you that we promote an environment where all team members can freely voice their opinions without fear of negative consequences. Regarding compensation and benefits, we work diligently to evaluate and align our packages to remain competitive within the industry. We conduct regular reviews to ensure their attractiveness and fairness. In fact, over the last year we have reduced medical premiums and added many benefits including Flexible Paid Time Off, 6 weeks of paid parental leave, a LifeStyle Spending account to support employees in their pursuit of Health & Wellbeing, Critical Illness and Accident Coverage and a Hexure Discount Program to name a few enhancements. While no organization can guarantee absolute job security, we prioritize well-informed decisions and commit to communicating any significant changes transparently, supporting our associates through any transitions. Your concerns are of utmost importance, and we are dedicated to addressing them thoroughly. Pros

100% remote work environment now.

Cons

I have worked here a long time. It used to have the best corporate culture/work environment of any place I ever worked. Very few people ever left here once they got a job here. The company was very successful and they cared deeply for their employees. However, a few years ago it was bought out by private equity. We have lost over 150 employees since then and most current employees have been here less than 2 years. The benefits are worse, we lost half our holidays and they put spyware on everybody's computer to track every key stroke and mouse movement every minute of the day. On top of that, we aren't doing as well financially and they have pinned merit increases at 0-2% for the last few years. However, if you are executive management or sales team, life is wonderful, jet setting to resorts all over the country. I had heard from some admin people that their ultimate plan was to move all operations to India. I finally got out. My suggestion is only take a job here if it's your last resort for employment.

Pros

Don't bother looking for a career with this company because if you are not a "Best Friend Forever" to any C-Level position, you and your knowledge is not needed/wanted/appreciated. If you think your opinion matters, it doesn't. If you think it will get better, it won't.

Cons

Had to rate it 1 star, should be able to leave no stars. I can confirm, Senior management and above is completely insane!
