      - Dedicated budget for health and personal development, stock options, and matching RRSP contributions - Semi-annual in-person retreats - Forward-thinking and steadily growing company - Exceptionally positive workplace culture - Fully remote - Transparent management, providing open communication about the company's current status and future plans

      I can't think of any that wouldn't be relevant to any small growing company

      A place to feel professionally fulfilled

      Pros

      An amazing culture, communication is very good and fluid, managers and CEO are very accessible and willing to help, good salary, challenger projects, growth opportunity, healthy environment for discussions and work time is flexible.

      Cons

      So far I have nothing to complain about.

      - Great place if you are looking for the opportunity to grow. No two days are the same and you have great autonomy. - The company cares about your growth and wellbeing. They are constantly seeking your feedback to improve - Great culture and people. You know people are around to help whenever you need it. - Last but not least, great benefits and perks.

      Cons

      - If you want a government type of job, it might not be a great place for you. As it does occupy your brain space.
