Pros

You're given so many responsibilities that you learn a lot of things. Other employees and interns there made for a friendly and fun environment.

Cons

I was given work outside my job scope frequently and was underpaid and undervalued. Good work is usually rewarded with petty praise and a minor benefit such as a day off at most. Management-wise, the CEO is a highly incompetent narcissist - owing to his lack of any work experience prior to becoming a CEO. He runs an IT company but only understands the work involved on a surface level at most, and instead relies heavily on the knowledge of his peers to stay afloat. He does not take constructive criticism well and would mostly ignore employee feedback, almost always preferring to do things his way while having the tendency to blame his staff for his own poor management. On top of all this, it has been reported numerous times from various female employees, interns, and even interviewees that the CEO had allegedly abused his power to sexually harass and assault female staff and interns, and would use a vague poorly-worded non-disclosure clause in their contract to keep them silent about his transgressions. While I cannot personally confirm these reports, I believe it is better to err on the side of caution, especially if you are a female worker. In terms of staff management, the company was constantly understaffed while I was working there, with the boss preferring to hire female personal assistants instead of developers during a time when the company had no developers in staff at all (keep in mind that this is an IT company). The staff base is mostly made up of interns and the CEO exploits everything he can of loyal staff members, offering a mere pat on the back for going the extra mile and for years of service, with little to no increment, benefits, or bonuses over the years. The company had also failed to pay Employees' Provident Fund (a mandatory savings scheme) for staff in the past, wrecking up debts in the thousands that I believe are yet unpaid to this day. Work-life balance ranges from average to pathetic, with the boss bothering people outside of office hours, and giving unrealistic deadlines that indirectly force employees to work overtime, after which he would blame the employees themselves for "poor time management". Since increments are rare and good talent is generally exploited instead of rewarded, there is very little career prospect here. I strongly advise anyone against working here or even joining as an intern, especially if you are female.

Terrible Experience

Pros

Friendly coworkers, but it does not implement the same for the boss.

Cons

- All the directors, artists, techs, and developers are all working from home and barely responding to any message when needed. - The always right kind of boss, like you have hired me to do something, and instead of letting my expertise do the job, the boss is interfering with everything that the director himself told me to do. - Everything is last-minute, if we fail to do it, we are to blame, even though he is in the wrong. - Severely underpaid and giving work that is not related to the field and expecting us to nail it 100% without any error. - None of my fellow ex-coworkers were happy with it and were always under stress. - Have a background history of sexual harassment cases. - Mostly all are interns and barely any full-time employees. In conclusion, this company is a no-no.
