      Pros

      The individuals served are amazing to work with and co-workers are dedicated and caring.

      Cons

      The CEO does not care about employees and is often callous when dealing with people and lacks basic social skills. There is no transparency with pay due to disparities and hiring and promotion practices are not based on merit or competencies.

      The clients supported are awesome!

      Cons

      Leadership is detached and callous. CEO doesn’t want anyone to discuss their wages because people will figure out how unfairly they decide compensation and he is dishonest. Decisions are made based on favoritism and laziness of leadership.
