      A great place to work, still a pot of growing pains

      Pros

      The open mindset, The Good environment the co-founders foster and the perks. In HiJiffy, flexibility is a reality and work life balance exists.

      Cons

      Sometimes decisions seem a bit out of the blue without much to sustain them. It still has the issues of a start up: lacking systems, reporting, etc.

The perks are amazing, with quarterly events that give you something to look forward to, and the emphasis on work-life balance is unmatched—it’s not just a buzzword here, it’s part of the company’s DNA. The leadership team ensures everyone feels supported, and there’s a real focus on growth and well-being. It’s refreshing to work in an environment where your personal and professional life are both prioritized.

      Cons

      As a fully remote company, building strong team connections can sometimes be a challenge. It’s harder to create that close-knit team environment or get to know colleagues on a deeper level. However, the quarterly events help bridge that gap to some extent.
