Got opportunities to work on meaningful projects and take ownership without needing to “wait for a promotion”. Leadership is approachable and respects those who are sincere and proactive regardless of seniority. Stable and supportive during tough times like COVID Pandemic. Got the chance to take ownership of work and lead initiatives that directly impacted the company’s success.

The fast paced environment means you have to be proactive in setting boundaries to maintain work life balance during peak periods.
