      I can not give a pro - there aren't any

      Cons

      * The food is HORRIBLE. * The pay is WORST - $5-$6 less than any other hospital * Management - They will randomly cut your hours from 40 to 20 and continue hiring more people. * Advancement - No room for that. Every advanced position is locked in with several people in line waiting. * If you do not speak Spanish, you will not advance. The patient to clinician ratio can be very dangerous at times. We've worked with two therapist for the entire hospital. Our therapist for the E.R covers the E.R, as well as the NICU, and sometimes have 20+ treatments on the floor

      Pros

      Technicians are very friendly and easy to get along with for the most part. The overall work environment is "fun".

      Cons

      The higher up the hierarchy anyone in management is, the less competent. Physicians are very rude and unprofessional. The conditions under which you have to work will eventually lead to losing your license.
