Pay is above minimum wage (in my experience). The company gives tons of incentives and bonuses for great/top selling team achievements as well as personal incentives to return year after year (if you're a seasonal employee). The managers from store to regional really take time and show that they care about their employees. Paid training, flexible hours, bi-weekly pay, great benefits if you're a full time local employee.

Cons

Hours can be minimal for seasonal positions, kiosks and store not located in all areas. Not much else to say negative about the company. I've had a great over-all experience.
