      Satisfying work and diverse environment, but low pay

      Pros

      Great working environment and mission driven. The work is satisfying and fulfilling. Work with kids of all ages and backgrounds. Very diverse group of people who work here.

      Cons

      Slow to change because of its nonprofit status. Low pay but a great experience

      Pros

      Great people and environment with free food and housing, and changing kids' lives. Met lots of people and had many opportunities after to come back. Couldn't recommend it more.

      Cons

      Work 5 to 6 days a week, all day except when sleeping and breaks. Won't get rich doing it. Outdoor environment.

      They have a nice environment to work in in terms of being surrounded in nature

      Cons

      They had some DEI issues in their past and I think they still need improvements on addressing them and the past.
