Heavy mobbing and discrimination against some employees. Non hygenic working conditions. I got allergies and stomach problems since I got here. Previously I do not have these health problems. Quite low salary than compatitors. You can get sick from the lunch of the catering company. No health or any other benefit except from lunch and shuttle service which delivers you to company half an hour earlier in the morning and half an hour later leaves the company from work hours. Company always care for profit and budget. It always chooses the cheapest option/service for anything. The company do not evolve or embrace technological developments. The titles are only given by the experience years in the company, not talent based.

Long working hours, requirement to come to the office every day, no bonuses, very low salaries, poor quality of cafeteria food, toxic work environment and mobbing, no employee benefits, no health insurance, no vacation rights, no overtime payment, no work/life balance
