      Toxic ‘boys club’ culture with more toxic management. They mean what they say when they say whatever it takes.

      Pros

      Regular travel, good onboarding experience, good technology and there are some really top people.

      Cons

      Toxic boys club culture and if you’re not in the boys club you’re sacked. Unrealistic expectations on workload with constructive practices that set you up to fail. Zero procedural fairness practices with the HR team that I’m surprised they haven’t been taken to the Fair Work commission more than they have. Travel expectations became way too much to maintain a health relationship, you either live and breathe Higgins or you’re out.
