Pros

Kind teammates, collaborative spirit, uplifting supervisors dependent upon department. You feel like you're doing meaningful work.

Cons

Dependent on the team, your experience with your supervisor and director will vary. Some departments are incredibly micromanaging, while others encourage independence and autonomy. Similarly, some supervisors are more flexible while others are less so. The patient population that HCCH serves are low-resourced and this can cause stress & burnout if you're not mindful of your work/life balance.
