Pros

Big focuses on collaborative work and developing each team members strengths, plus they offer opportunities for new challenges to promote growth as an individual and as a manager. Hard work does not go unrewarded or unappreciated. Management works hard to reflect company values, to help facilitate work/life balance for each team member and to recognize hard work and dedication. Directors offer a lot of support to all teams, especially when short staffing occurs by being hands on during rush hours and making themselves available to help with questions and concerns about anything company related and also to help with personal situations that affect their work/life balance.

Cons

The union work environment at the airport is challenging for individuals who have not worked with union employees or are unfamiliar with their policies. Staffing is usually an issue with union environment and it usually means management is stretched thin and one's ability to cope with stress is tested a lot.

Pros

Paid time off, paid sick, health insurance

Cons

This is a very stressful job as it is at the airport. The management is very strict about their employees yet fall short of their own expectations. There is very little room to grow within the company. You must be extremely early for your shift. If you are working an 8 hour shift is is really a 10 hour shift due to having to take a shuttle from a distant parking lot and having to go through security. Sometimes when you go through you will be subject to a random search which may make you late and management will not care.

Thank you for your honest review. We are glad to see that you enjoyed our competitive compensation packages. We understand that for some, our high volume locations and entering and exiting through TSA each day can be challenging.

Pros

you get to meet cool people traveling in the SAN airport.

Cons

starting from the Top with Directors and Managers, this is a very immature and prison like system. They don't work well with their team and treat all their employees like garbage. Everyday I see people with a mock gun to their head because it is such a tyrannical work environment. And the managers are NOT qualified to manage people!!!!
