Great co workers, rewarding work with clients.

Cons

High burn out and turnover, expected to do way more than is manageable. Company prioritizes getting clients in the door and bugging them to do treatment- business model that cares about numbers and pay and not client needs and well being. Lack of support from management. They struggle to replace roles when people leave and they ask other staff to do double the work instead. Obvious favoritism within each location. No opportunity to move up or grow. Pay is ok, not great.
