I learned so much on how to grow not only personally but professionally. the company has a very thorough outline on how to move up in the company, and encourages the entrepreneurial mindset. The harder you work, the quicker you'll move up. no hassle. the pay is pretty awesome, because the commission structure is solid. the more you sell, more you'll make. on top of that there's so many bonuses and rewarrds its just stupid.
