      Full of promises they themselves cannot keep

      Pros

      Great group of people to work with and learn from. Family oriented environment despite being a large studio. Free lunch twice a week.

      Cons

      Under Activision Being under Activision means they always need approval from them before making huge decisions such as hiring someone full-time. They keep you on contract with promises of becoming full-time. Don't pay well Eventually let go of more than half of their staff and contracts to work on CoD.

      Made a lot of great friends. Work was creative. (Back then)

      Cons

      Bonuses are low to non existent. Activision does not share the wealth. Never got a significant raise. Tried to get one. I was layed off after shipping Deadpool. Thanks.
