      Pros

      I am extremely blessed to wake up every weekday and feel excited about going to work! Our leaders have created a very unique environment where we can use our individual strengths and we are given all the tools we need to grow personally and professionally. Everyone is motivated to work towards our mission of helping others to reach their true potential.

      Cons

      Because we are a small company with a flat organizational chart, there isn't a lot of opportunity for promotion. However, we all have the opportunity to grow within our current roles.

      Pros

      High Profile is all about helping people (candidates, clients and internal employees) reach their true potential. The leadership is truly committed to providing an engaging work environment. Our internal team is very tenured, which is not common in the staffing industry. We work hard and play hard. We are treated as professionals - no micromanagement. High Profile also gives back to the community through our Good Works! program. Our staff is encouraged to volunteer and allowed to do so during business hours. They also invest in our professional development - certifications, continuing education, etc. It doesn't feel like work when you are doing what you love each day!

      Cons

      If you are looking to climb a "corporate ladder", this might not be the place for you. But, if you want to grow as a professional and as an individual, this could be the place for you.
