      Pros

      The trainings are excellent. Great Food is served daily so no need to pack lunch, caseloads are manageable when staff is full.

      Cons

      Mandated family sessions, pressure to keep some clients in treatment against their will, operates on disease model. Heavy on enforcing AA (this could be a pro if you’re a proponent)
