Pros
- Extraordinary people waiting for you there - Pretty good growth potential - Lots of fun moments with the team - Full remote/mostly remote - Team helps you a lot to integrate and get to know things - You really have a chance to grow there (but you need to show dedication, to learn&work a lot for that) - There are extra-full working days, but also days when you have almost nothing to do - Good salary, even for starters
Cons
- Sometimes you have to overtime a lot and it's really tiring - It's a 9 to 6 job (with 1h lunch break)

Great office location, close to the city centre, with good connections to city transport facilities. Friendly colleagues and local management. Opportunity to travel. Private health insurance.
Cons
Communication with upper management could have been better.
