      Potential business & invention, small and local.

      Cons

      Toxic work environment. No one knows what they're doing, No training, a lot of gossip, not professional to name a few. Work elsewhere. Save yourself a headache.

      Pros

      While employed with HDR, the benefits were very good.

      Cons

      I asked for a minimal cost-of-living increase after two years, exceeded sales goals every month, and was terminated the same day with no notice. The CEO took it personally. The CEO is a good scientist but horrible at running a company. We went through no less than five sales while I was employed, and none lasted more than a year. The CEO insisted on hiring all of them. Last I heard half the long-time administration left in anger.
