      The benefits of working with this company is great! Medical, Dental, PTO, and a good atmosphere to work in.

      The CEO/CFO are very open door people. I can't think of any real cons, honestly.

      Higher Echelon has been such a blessing for me and my family. They genuinely care for their employees, and create a safe and comfortable work environment. I cannot say enough great things about Higher Echelon. Derrick and Gene have been a pleasure to work with, and I'm grateful to know and work with them.
