Management sees high levels of turnover as a necessary step. They think of the employees as simply bodies and cares more about maximizing customer availability than the safety of its staff. If you try to bring any complaints up the chain, even through proper channels, you will get a target on your back and the owners will not hesitate to fire entire teams for no reason other than low morale. The job does not pay competitively enough to justify the lack of respect you will receive as a member of the team.
