Hi there – thanks for taking the time to write a review. I know your experience with Higher Logic was not ideal for you, and I hope you have found a role that better meets your needs. Since your departure, we have made some changes that you might have found favorable. For instance, we are offering a Global Mental Health Benefit which offers one to one counseling for employees and family members; we offer Headspace, a mindfulness and meditation app, to all of our employees; and as you mentioned, our shift to a remote first approach has allowed for maximum flexibility for our employees. I would be remiss if I didn’t point out that our product has been rated as a top engagement platform by third parties like G2. This rating is based on reviews from our customers. We don’t rest on those ratings. Instead, we continue to listen to customer feedback and iterate on our products. We want to ensure our customers have a best in class product to meet their needs. No matter what company I’ve worked for/Glassdoor reviews I’ve responded to, I’ve always been intrigued by former employees who think companies spend time writing false reviews. This is a point of pride for Glassdoor – the process they have in place to ensure that reviews are from verified folks and that companies can’t alter or falsify them in any way.
