It's a super-fun environment when everything is going well and you can really stretch you're technical knowledge if you have a strong initiative. The product is important and you won't find a better product in the call recording/retrieval industry.

Executive management implemented a terrific recognition program but their day to day treatment of the staff is pretty bad. There's definitely a barrier separating the owners from the staff and their tendency towards "favorite child" syndrome has put various departments at war with each other.
Flexible schedule for part-timers. Consistent full time work for valued employees. Understanding management.
Cons
Non-competitive pay. Outdated business model and niche customer base causes company financial stress, and upper management is slow to accept new practices/approve new developments.
